Just what is an
e-brochure?
Think of it as a small computer file which contains
any information you may wish to present as a sales proposition to your customers
or prospects. It appears on their computer screen and the reader can turn the
pages to move forward or back through the brochure. The pages can include high
quality pictures and any form of multimedia to enhance the reader experience and the pages can be printed out. The e-brochure can be saved on to CD or disc for offlline use.

they easy for my clients to use?
It
is like reading a book, you can open it at the front cover and move through the
pages or check the index and go directly to a specific section. Many user find
it much easier than navigating through a web site and there is a high confidence
factor associated with e-brochure since they know exactly who has sent it or

I have a large database
of members, can I use e-brochures to keep in contact with
them?
E-brochures can be a very low cost route to keeping a
large membership abreast of club activities. As an example, major football clubs
are now using e-brochures to send their product catalogues out to their members.
With a large proportion of the members now on the
Internet, they can have new catalogues in their hands within second of despatch - at no delivery cost The savings on printing and postal charges alone can be staggering. In addition there is evidence of significantly increased sales where the products on the e-brochure page are directly linked to an e-commerce web site, making the most of impulse buying. Back to top

How long to they take to produce?
Since they can vary in size from a few pages to several hundred depending on the application, it is not realistic to be precise without assessing the particular project. However as a guideline, a typical turnaround for a basic 10-20 page brochure is two weeks. This of course depends on the full availability of the content from the client. Back to top

Since I already have a web site, can they add any value to this?
Certainly! The e-brochure concept is a pro-active form of marketing which can actually drive traffic to your web site. If your web site is e-commerce enabled to accept orders, the customer can click the 'buy' button associated with an item in the e-brochure and be taken directly to the purchase page on your web site. By sending out an e-brochure to your clients you are stimulating a response and figures indicate that this interaction produces a much greater conversion rate than from a standard web site.
